Ramirent has been recognized as one of Finland’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 in the large companies category, according to the Great Place To Work® survey. The recognition is based on a comprehensive employee survey, Great Place To Work certification, and a Group-wide Culture Audit® conducted as part of the Loxam Group’s organization-wide cultural assessment. The audit evaluates organizational culture, leadership practices, and the overall employee experience in a holistic manner.

“We are extremely proud to be included among Finland’s best workplaces. This recognition is grounded in research-based data and clearly shows that the strength of our culture, mutual trust, and the significance of work are visible and felt in everyday life. This recognition shows how Ramirent employees together create a workplace where people can thrive and succeed,” says Mikael Kämpe, CEO of Ramirent Finland.

A Culture of Trust Drives Sustainable Performance

Great Place To Work has compiled the Great Place To Work Effect handbook based on extensive research and benchmarking data, highlighting the central role of trust in driving sustainable performance. According to the findings, trust-based workplaces are on average 27% more agile, generate significantly more employee-driven innovation, and their employees are more productive and more willing to go the extra mile—up to 42% more often than in typical workplaces.

At Ramirent, trust, transparency, and respect for others are at the core of the company culture. According to the Group-wide Culture Audit® material within the Loxam Group, key principles include clear roles, strong onboarding, a robust safety culture, high-quality leadership, and continuous learning and development.

Systematic, Research-Based Development

The employee experience at Ramirent is built around six key pillars that form part of the Group’s strategic toolbox:

  • strengthening the meaningfulness of work
  • leadership development and support for managers
  • promoting work–life balance
  • fostering a sense of community and recognition
  • an exemplary safety culture
  • open and inclusive communication

At Group level, Ramirent, as part of Loxam, has in recent years invested in, among other things:

  • a comprehensive onboarding program for new employees
  • an annual development model including at least three training days per employee
  • leadership and management training and development
  • continuous improvements in safety

Recognition Strengthens Employer Brand

Ramirent Finland’s placement among Finland’s best workplaces supports the company’s long-term cultural development and strengthens its position as one of the most attractive employers in the industry.

“We want to continue our determined efforts to ensure that Ramirent is a place where everyone can grow, succeed, and be themselves. This recognition belongs to all Ramirent employees,” emphasizes Anne Luodonpää, HR Director.
