MAGNUS ROSÉN APPOINTED NEW PRESIDENT AND CEO OF RAMIRENT
The Board of Directors of Ramirent has appointed Magnus Rosén new President and
CEO. Magnus Rosén is expected to assume his position as of January 15, 2009.
Magnus Rosén, 45, joins Ramirent from the BE Group, a leading steel trader,
where he has served as head of the Sweden Business Area. Prior to joining the BE
Group, he was employed by the machine and equipment rental company Cramo Group,
where he served during his last six years as the Senior Vice President,
Scandinavia. Additionally, he has served as Managing Director of BT Hyrsystem, a
rental operation within BT Industries, a leading forklift manufacturer.

Magnus Rosén holds a degree in business administration from the University of
Linköping and an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Magnus Rosén is succeeding Kari Kallio, who earlier this year advised the Board
of Directors that he wishes to retire in 2009.
