CHANGE IN RAMIRENT GROUP MANAGEMENT
The Ramirent Group's CFO Heli Iisakka has informed that she has decided to leave
her position at Ramirent for a leading position in another industry. Ms. Iisakka
has been CFO and a member of Ramirent's Group management team since 2006.
"Heli Iisakka has been an important part of Ramirent's management team and has
made significant contributions to the development of the financial practices of
this Group. We would like to thank Heli for her leadership and we wish her the
best in her future endeavours," says Ramirent President and CEO Magnus Rosén.
The search for a new CFO will be commenced immediately. Ms. Iisakka will remain
in her present position until 19 August 2009.
