APPOINTMENTS IN RAMIRENT'S GROUP MANAGEMENT TEAM
Peter Dahlsten (51), M.Sc. (Econ.) has been appointed as Senior Vice President
of Sweden and Denmark and member of the Group Management team effective as of 7
September 2009. Before this appointment, Dahlsten was CFO of Ramirent's Swedish
subsidiary since 2004 when Ramirent acquired NCC's machine rental operations
Altima.
Dahlsten brings with him strengths in finance, business leadership and knowledge
of the construction industry. Prior to joining Ramirent, Dahlsten has worked in
different positions within NCC groups' financial organisation since 1989; most
recently as Financial and Business Controller, NCC Contracting 2001-2004 and
Chief Controller of NCC Hus 1995-2000.
Mikael Kämpe (41), B.Sc. (Eng.), has been appointed as Director, Group Fleet and
member of the Group Management team effective immediately. He will be
responsible for managing Group fleet operations, sale of equipment, supplier
frame agreements and developing the standards for Ramirent's Pan-European fleet.
Kämpe previously held the position of Manager, Group fleet since March 2009.
Kämpe has a long experience of the equipment and machinery rental industry. He
has previously been Purchasing Manager, Ramirent Plc 2008-2009 and Ramirent
Europe Oy 2005-2008; Purchasing Manager, Ramirent AB 2004-2005; Product and
Purchasing Manager, Altima AB 2002-2004; Purchaser, NCC AB 1999-2001 and NCC
Finland Oy 1996-1999.
