RAMIRENT ACQUIRES HAVATOR'S ACCESS PLATFORM BUSINESS
Ramirent has acquired Havator Group's access platform operation and has signed a
five-year rental and cooperation agreement with Havator in Finland, Sweden and
Norway. The acquisition does not include truck-mounted access equipment. The
co-operation agreement strengthens Ramirent's position especially within the
industrial sector and in large investment projects. The price of the acquisition
is not disclosed.
Havator Group is a business with operations that involve crane services, special
transports, section assembly and harbour crane services. Havator Group's
speciality is all-in project solutions in collaboration with skilled partners.
Havator Group has operations in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Russia and the Baltic
States. Group sales amount to approx. EUR 80 million and it has approx. 450
employees.

both parties. By selling our access platform rental business, we can focus on
core operations and we can deepen our cooperation with Ramirent to develop
efficient solutions for our customers,” comments Havator's Managing Director
